IKATE VALVE was founded in Milan, Italy in the 1970s. As one of the world's leading countries in industrial valve technology, Italy has nurtured many internationally renowned valve brands. We are well known for manufacturing control valves and actuators, and enjoy a strong reputation in Italy and across Europe.
IKATE VALVE Europe is mainly committed to the R&D, production, sales, and trade of control valves for demanding operating conditions. IKate Shanghai
After China joined the World Trade Organization in 2001, IKATE VALVE began entering the Chinese market through an agent-based sales model, building a broad customer base. In 2008, it established an Asia-Pacific regional operations center in Shanghai.
IKATE VALVE simultaneously established its Shanghai production base, becoming the brand's first localized manufacturing site after entering the Chinese market. The base has complete valve production and manufacturing capabilities, equipped with standardized valve assembly lines, a non-destructive testing laboratory, and a clean assembly workshop. It can complete the production, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and pre-commissioning of core products such as butterfly valves, ball valves, and control valves, with an annual supporting production capacity of up to 10万台/套. Relying on Shanghai's location advantages and industrial supporting capabilities, it has established a rapid-response supply chain and customer service system covering the East China region, achieving a reduction of more than 30% in order delivery cycles.

IKate Jiangsu
In 2024, IKATE VALVE planned to establish a manufacturing plant in Jiangsu: “Ikate (Jiangsu) Fluid Control Co., Ltd.”, and wholly introduced an Italian valve testing center, capable of conducting multiple tests including valve flow curves, high temperature, low temperature, and service life. It has established four production lines for butterfly valves, ball valves, control valves, and high-pressure valves, with an annual production capacity of 20万台/套; and is equipped with various processing and inspection equipment such as machining centers, CNC machine tools, and pressure testing equipment. The company focuses on the R&D, production, and sales of industrial control valves, actuators, positioners, and supporting accessories, strictly implementing the quality standards of the original Italian factory. Its products are widely used in petrochemical, energy, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, and other industries. With a modern production base, a professional technical team, and a comprehensive after-sales system, the company provides one-stop solutions from selection and customization to installation, commissioning, and operation & maintenance, and is committed to becoming a benchmark enterprise in China's high-end control valve sector with high precision, high reliability, and quality service.
