IKATE VALVE ,founded in Milan, Italy in the 1970s, was born in Italy, one of the world’s leading countries in industrial valve technology and home to many internationally renowned valve brands. We are known for manufacturing control valves and actuators, enjoying a strong reputation in Italy and across Europe.
IKATE VALVE Europe is primarily dedicated to the R&D, production, sales, and trading of control valves for severe operating conditions. We have always followed a customer-centric philosophy, providing customers with cost-effective fluid control solutions. Since its establishment, with a comprehensive network system, high-quality products, excellent service, and integrated customer solutions, the company has gradually developed into a leader in valves for the fluid control industry.

IKate Shanghai
China joined the World Trade Organization in 2001, and IKATE VALVE has since entered the Chinese market through an agent-based sales model, building an extensive customer base. In 2008, the Asia-Pacific Operations Center was established in Shanghai.
IKATE VALVE simultaneously completed its Shanghai production base, becoming the brand’s first localized manufacturing site after entering the Chinese market. The base has complete valve production and manufacturing capabilities, equipped with standardized valve assembly lines, a non-destructive testing laboratory, and a clean assembly workshop. It can complete the production, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and pre-commissioning of core products such as butterfly valves, ball valves, and control valves, with an annual supporting capacity of up to 100,000 units/sets. Leveraging Shanghai’s location advantages and industrial support capabilities, a rapid-response supply chain and customer service system covering East China has been established, reducing order delivery cycles by more than 30%.

IKate Jiangsu
In 2024, IKATE VALVE planned to establish a manufacturing plant in Jiangsu:“IKATE (Jiangsu) Fluid Control Co., Ltd.”, and wholly introduced the Italian Valve Laboratory Center, which can conduct multiple tests on valves, including flow curves, high temperature, low temperature, and service life. Four production lines have been set up for butterfly valves, ball valves, control valves, and high-pressure valves, with an annual production capacity of 200,000 units/sets; the company owns various machining and inspection equipment, including machining centers, CNC machine tools, and pressure testing equipment. The company focuses on the R&D, production, and sales of industrial control valves, actuators, positioners, and supporting accessories, strictly implementing the quality standards of the original Italian factory. Its products are widely used in petrochemical, energy, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, and other fields. With a modern production base, a professional technical team, and a comprehensive after-sales system, the company provides one-stop solutions from selection and customization to installation, commissioning, and operation and maintenance. With high precision, high reliability, and quality service, it is committed to becoming a benchmark enterprise in China’s high-end control valve sector.
